I agree with changing the route! There is something about how it affects the brain . . . I find when I change up my route I feel more energized and more motivated . . . even if the different route is the same # of steps/miles as my other route.

To add fiber I add Fiber One cereal to my regular cereal or my yogurt

If a person does not eat enough fiber you might get gassy!
