When trying to maintain a healthy eating regimen,I find that it helps to use smaller plates. You can't fit as much food on a smaller plate so you eat less. Just make sure that you don't try and overfill a smaller plate. The goal is to make your mind believe you're eating the same amount

    GREAT ADVICE!! I've heard about this approach previously and I've been intending to try it. Thanks for the reminder, in fact I will begin using this strategy today.
