ok...although..I don't think i've kept it a secret...I cook a lot of spicy foods to rev up my metabolism and I eat a grapefruit every night and eat a lot of avacados...I am convinced that doing this is helping me lose weight....

I also eat an english muffin with peanut butter and bananas on top most every day....

    I thought the whole point of Spark was to get away from thinking that any certain food or combination of food had any magic effects on weight loss.
