Never thought of sleeping in work-out gear, but this sounds like something so easy to do and can get an extra 10 mins of shut eye in the a.m. as the result. I love it!

I try to get up early to work out, but usually I wind up working out in the afternoon.

I ay out my work clothes and shoes at bedside the night before, pack and log my next days food and put it in the fridge or on the counter in measured containers in the evenings after work and then finish my strengh and cardio workouts while watching one show on tv or listening to some tunes before my shower and going to bed. I usually walk to work take the stairs to the 4th floor and walk hame after work as part of my routine which is 2.5km

Excercise outdoors in the morning...
It can be tough to get up early each morning to exercise. I whether or not my main routine is indoors, I found that if I get outside to do a quick jog or go for a walk, I am much more motivated and energized!

I am NOT a morning person by any stretch of the mind, but this always helps me to wake up and get going...
Everybody that works out in the morning says that they feel accomplished and they don't have to worry about it the rest of the day. I then see EXCUSES for not working out in the morning such as "I'm not a morning person", to me that says "I'm not committed enough to change my lifestyle."

It's easier to workout when you are fully rested and have your whole day ahead of you. You aren't as tired as you are at night, You WILL feel energized after you workout.
I'm not a morning person but I'm a stay at home mom. Sometimes I tell my 2 and a half year old that we're going walking the next morning. She always reminds me the next day. I may be able to break promises to myself but not to that sweet little face!
