time saver

lay gym clothes out the night before, saves time in the morning. during the winter, I sleep in sweats so all I have to do is get up and go.

    Never thought of sleeping in work-out gear, but this sounds like something so easy to do and can get an extra 10 mins of shut eye in the a.m. as the result. I love it!

    I ay out my work clothes and shoes at bedside the night before, pack and log my next days food and put it in the fridge or on the counter in measured containers in the evenings after work and then finish my strengh and cardio workouts while watching one show on tv or listening to some tunes before my shower and going to bed. I usually walk to work take the stairs to the 4th floor and walk hame after work as part of my routine which is 2.5km emoticon
