I found that that there are some healthy snacks out there that are tasty for you too. My personal favorite's are the Special K snacks: The cereal bars are only 90 to 100 calories each and are perfect if you're craving something sweet but are watching you're weight, or the Special K cracker chips. You can eat 27 to 30 chips for only 110 calories depending on what kind of chip brand you get. They make the perfect mid afternoon and mid evening snack! I have to snack or I'll pig out.9
I use the "analyze my diet" button at the end of the day as a way to stay away from evening snacking. Even if I plan on having a snack later, I'll plug it in right after dinner. That way, if I wander down to the fridge later that night, I'll feel less temptation to just have a bit of this or that (or a whole lot of this or that.) Who wants to log back on and add a food after everything's been wrapped up?
