If I slip, I say so...and treat it as a step back and a chance to step forward again, twice. This way, I as quick as possible shut down the "shame attack" in my heard and turn on the "willingness glow" in me that I must remember each day.
I think that this really is a quick form of forgiveness action....for in the past I only knew how to punish me for any imperfection. That is self sabataging action of the past. Today, I keep it simple: I don't ever have to be perfect any more. I am enough right now and this moment.
