When taking a class, don't stop if you can't do the full version workout...just do the modified version and keep going back. You'll be amazed at what you can build up to if you just keep trying. Persistence pays off.

I have a very quick, do-any where set of exercises. 2 sets each of modified push-ups, crunches, modified plank, and lateral crunch. It sounds impressive, but takes less than 10 minutes and can be modified to do at any level that you are. It's so easy and quick, I can even do it at 11 PM before bed or while watching TV.
