Beautiful day outside so I should have jumped at getting out and getting things done. Not, no energy and so weak I can't do anything. Since started this chemo it has my body even after I'm done, a mess. I want to get out of this dead pan way so I will have to keep pushing and that is what I have done my whole life. Smile, stay healthy, happy and love life.
In order to get back on track after a rough period, I print out a weekly calendar from my computer and make a daily to do list on it including exercise, logging my food. At the end of the week, if I check everything off, I get a reward for getting things done, like a new lip gloss or an evening vegging out watching a bad romantic movie.20
In the evening, think of what you want to accomplish the next day and make a list. Then tomorrow you can look at the list and do something instead of eating mindlessly. You will feel great about getting things done....and sticking to eating only when it is planned.
