I love going out to eat on the weekend. Sometimes I like what I eat SO much that I want to empty my plate. What I have started doing is either ordering the half plate (yes, it exists, just ask) or asking the waiter to go ahead and box 1/2 of my dinner before it comes to the table.

I spent about $20 on a set of pretty white ceramic square salad plates at Kohl's (Food Network brand). I use them for all my meals. One, because everything looks tastier on a pretty plate. And two, since I bought salad plates instead of dinner plates, I eat a lot less even if the plate is full!!
I have to take shots daily and know if I want to live do it. I have ways to make it easier.
I don't likke restrictions, so I found out you can give your shot through your clothes. I do now. Also, I take my first reading as soon as I wake up. I can work with that reading and can function easily through out the day/
