We all know whole-wheat pasta is good for you, but I swap in bean sprouts. Steam them, and the texture is similar to pasta. Plus, you get a couple more servings of veggies, and fewer calories. Make your own plum tomato marinara sauce (I add garlic, thyme and onion). Staves off a comfort food binge!
