I know the Greek style yogurts are better for me, but I still like the flavor of Yoplait light better. I have taken to mixing one part Yoplait light to one part Greek no-fat yogurt for the perfect blend of sweetness and health!

I mixed mustard into low fat Greek yogurt to eat along with meat, sandwiches and wraps. To replace thousand island dressing, I mixed half a teaspoon of ketchup into yogurt. When eating seafood, I mixed a little wasabi into 2 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and use as sauce. It helps me to increase my protein intake while reducing carbs and fats.
0 % or 2 % Greek Low fat yogurt.
I have found that plain yogurt with this new healthy omega-3 granola that is 30% seeds and fruit it is made by Pres. Choice is a great sweet alternative for ice cream and other unhealthy snacks I used to eat. I let it sit in the fridge for a few hours and it becomes nice and thick.
My DH said when I mixed it with his strawberry yogurt that is was almost like cheesecake.
