I have found that drinking Green Tea is helping - I have 3 - 6 cups a day along with at least 8 - 10 pints of water. Green Tea is proven to aid with weight loss as well as having other health benefits - also the caffeine found in Green tea is dramatically lower than black tea & coffee which of course means less caffeine happier body!! I got in the habit of removing my makeup right after dinner instead of waiting until bed time when I am too tired. I also put on my eye cream & other creams then because I am a night owl & when I go to bed late, I don't want to do it then so this helps me make sure it is done ahead of time.
Also floss your teeth right after your last snack in the early evening & brush your teeth so you won't be tempted to eat again.
