  • Great Idea, I have at least 1 smoothie a day! - by COOLMAMA11
  • I also add crystal light or some off brand for a little flavor without extra calories. One of my favorites smoothies is adding peaches or mandarin oranges, a capful of almond flavoring and Wal-Mart's Orange Early Rise (knock off Crystal light) to my morning protein/skim milk shake - tastes like a Push-up Pop - one of my favorite ice cream treats as a kid. - by BBRADBURN

I usually blend 1/2 c. strawberrie, a banana and 1/2 c. of orange juice and 3 ice cubes. Cool, Refreshing and Tasty too! - by ISHAW2000
