Don't be afraid of the ticker tape. I set it up so that my goal weights are not overwhelming. Achievable 5# increments, since I've started Spark I've lost a little more than 10# ;^) The slower it comes off, the more likely it will stay off in my opinion. So use the ticker tape, their fun designs ;^)

Use 4 different colored Sharpies. Label each dot Waist Hips Thigh Arm in corresponding color. Use same color for each body part monthly. Tack to motivational saying on wall - beside treadmill.244231
Post-IT pad/pen [for TO-DO List] On the door~~Helps me remember What to get!
With this busy holiday season comes many extra things to do ,errands to run ,supplies to get!To help me remember what I need to do,get ,or errands,I write it on a post-it pad during the day ,and I tape that post-it pad & pen "eye-level" to the door to the garage. Then, as I'm GOING OUT THE DOOR,I grab my "list" and I'm ready to go! This way the "list" is on my WAY OUT the door so I don't LOSE it or forget it in the house because I SEE IT as I open the door to go to the car.
Note: Make sure to use heavyweight tape! I use clear sealing package tape!
