Set yourself up with some goals. What do you want to achieve? It could be # of minutes per week or # of miles in a month. The desire increases-I have to get out there and work on it.

Set measurable, achievable goals. Don't set yourself up for failure. Once you achieve it, you feel great.

    I join fitness minute challenges every month to keep me pushing myself to spend more time working out. It also means that when I reach my goal there are other people out there in the world who see it and cheer me on. What a positive experience!

    Keeping up with my plan for exercise each morning makes me feel good about my plan to lose weight.
