I warm-up for my runs by dancing around the house to my favorite songs. I try to shake my whole body to get everything nice and loose. But, I go easy at first! This is the best way to get pumped up and loose!

I have three little kids. They love to run around and they love music. I spend about 10 or 15 minutes each day dancing with them. We close the blinds and dance around the living room. It is so much fun. Their faces light up and they enjoy spending that time with me. Get out there and dance!
I do not like to exercise. Walking, running, spinning, swimming, etc. bores me to death. I have found out that "dancing" (If you can call what I do dancing) with Wii's Just Dance gives a great work out (if I choose fast paced songs) and I enjoy it.185
