Dancing Before A Run

I warm-up for my runs by dancing around the house to my favorite songs. I try to shake my whole body to get everything nice and loose. But, I go easy at first! This is the best way to get pumped up and loose!

    I did my first 5K of the season yesterday, and they had a group line dance as a warmup. It was such fun! Great tip!
