I drink at least 24oz of water first thing in the morning to make sure I'm hydrated before exercising...and I usually drink another 24oz while exercising. It's a good way to get most of your water in before lunch. The last two cups are a breeze! Cheers! emoticon

    I drink my 2 glasses of water before meals and that really helps me stay hydrated. Then having the last two while working out in evening is a breeze.

    THIS IS SURE A GREAT IDEA FOR I DRINK AT LEAST 3 (24oz) BOTTLES OF WATER A DAY BESIDES OTHER TO GO FLAVORED DRINKS. THANKS emoticon

    I have been doing a lot better about my water. Before I came on spark I hardly ever drank any water. I feel a lot better. I have almost quite the sodas.
