I do this for my son who is a total juice junky. As long as there is a few drops of juice in his water he is totally happy. As for me, I guess it doesn't count if I dilute my OJ with champagne :)

I am so glad that I'm not the only person doing the water to cut down the sugar. I've been doing this for years. And to this day I still do it.

I do something similar. If I really feel I want juice, I pour enough into a glass for 1-2 swallows only. I drink one swallow, then 1/2 my 8 oz. of water, then the 2nd swallow, then the rest of the water. I get the flavor of the juice I'm craving, but without all the sugar.

Absolutely, and the kids benefit from diluted juice also. So does the teacher and the rest of the class.
