    If cooking over high heat, don't use olive oil - the smoking point is too low. Instead try some other types of oil such as sunflower, safflower, grape seed, etc. There are lots of options with flavors from mild to strong. Don't be afraid to experiment! emoticon - by IRISHLASS2012

  • I have done that, for some reason I don't like the olive oils. I don't like olives either. I don't know if they make the oil from them or not. - by CAMPER96
