That's great, and you should be really proud of yourself. I started back walking on my treadmil last night, and I felt great. I was going out to buy some fried chicken wings, instead for dinner I ate all vegetables and woke up feeling great. - by 1SWEETY
  • Way to go! I don't even have back trouble and I walk slow...no shame in that, espcially if you get it done.

  • emoticon I find that encouraging! Have gallbladder surgery scheduled in June and have been concerned about how it would affect my maintenance efforts. But, walking is encouraged for recovery so even if slow; I'll keep on movin'! I hope your back pain is short lived! emoticon - by JOYINKY
