I work as a sales clerk in a store , and to sneak in some extra steps while at work ,I have moved the behind- the- counter trash can further away from where it used to be .This makes me take two extra steps to get to it after each transaction, as our customers usually never want their reciept and it gets thrown away .This has been adding an average of 150 extra steps to my daily count.Extra steps add up !Keep moving any way you can !311
I've been dusting off and using some of my older exercise tapes. While the outfits and hairstyles are dated (80's) the workouts are just as pertinent today as they were back then. Mixing it up not only helps to keep your body performing, it also relieves boredom.
