I tell myself to go for a 10 minute walk. After 10 minutes, I tell myself to go another 10 minutes. It adds up, and sometimes I fool myself into an hour of walking. It works all the time.

    That's how I started with exercising at home in front of the tv. Everyday I do at least 10 minutes but I even manage some days up to 60 minutes.....feels great!

    I do the same thing with running after 10minutes its "You have this this easy" @ 20mins "I can do 10 more minutes, I've already done double that. And so on. Sometimes if I am close to say 3miles, I will keep going to hit that mark, then I will look at the time and see that I am close to 45min so I will go until I hit that.

The keys is that your mind will always want to stop before your body has too. emoticon
