I love sweet pickles on my sandwiches but can't afford the calories. Yesterday, I found that Mt. Olive makes no sugar added ZERO calorie bread & butter pickles as well as sweet jerkins. I put them on my subway sandwich last night when I went out & they were great.
These pickles contain Splenda & not aspertame

Pickles and Sugar-Free Popsicles work when you need to "binge" - both satisfy cravings without all the calories. A single popsicle is 15 calories; pickles range from 5 to 30 calories per spear depending on if you're going for dill or bread & butter. They can satisfy sweet, sour, & crunch cravings.
Whenever I get a sweet tooth instead of grabbing a piece of candy or something bad for me I grab something salty, tart or sour. When it gets hard to get in all the water you should drink I go for either sparkling water with lemon or lime (other fruits would work as well) or Clear American (available at Wal-Mart), which is also a easy way to sneak in some vitamins as some of them contain vitamins and/or minerals that we need for health reasons.
If you go the sparkling water rout the only calories you get are from your fruit, if you go with Clear American there are zero calories
