I track my food the night before. It allows me to make sure I meet all of my goals and have plenty to eat. This also allows me to prepare what I need to take to work the next day. I LOVE this feature. emoticon

    A good guide for your likes and dislikes as well as making you aware of the value of every morsel you consume (calorie wise)

    I do the same thing except for dinner. I never know until that day what we should have.
