I track my food the night before. It allows me to make sure I meet all of my goals and have plenty to eat. This also allows me to prepare what I need to take to work the next day. I LOVE this feature.

When I can't get on line to track foods, I write down everything I eat into a notebook. When I can finally log onto SP, I can log the info for the past days to see how I did calorie wise.
