This week I started entering the food I ate on My Nutrition Tracker either before I ate or right after I ate (rather than at the end of the day like I used to). This helped me sooooo much to stay on track with my calories! I knew exactly how many calories I'd eaten so it helped me from eating extra!

    Tracking your foods as you go will help to keep you within the proper calorie range for the day.

    I do the nutrition tracker first thing in the morning..and then go back the next morning and make corrections, additions, etc.,
