I skip McDonald"s and have a half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich made with low fat p'buttrt and Sally Lee 45 cal bread and regular jam or jelly. It has helped me have a healhier breakfast and a lower fat one!

Healthy Snack/Meal Options UNDER LIMIT calories-if your weird like me :)
UNDER 50-8 or 9 pickles OR 1/2 cup of dry cereal(certain cereals) OR 10 olives UNDER 100- 1/2 cup cereal & 1/2 cup almond milk/silk or 1 cup cereal dry UNDER 500- 1 med. apple& 2 tbls. P.B & 2 celery sticks& 2 slices tofurkey & 1 slice dill rye bread 2 tbls P.B & 2 slices dill rye bread(dip in P.B) & 1 banana OTHERS- pickles, olives, dry corn flakes dipped in P.B, P.B. & lettuce, Tofurkey dipped in P.B, apples, bananas, celery w/ P.B, can corn, can agrbonzo beans(1 by 1,satisfying)

The British Journal of Nutrition found those who ate peanut butter for breakfast had a smaller rise in blood sugar than a control group not given the PB. They said...PB reduces blood sugar jumps by slowing the bod's absorption of carbs. Portion control is the key. It is heart healthy and does not have artery clogging fats.
