    I am considering trying this, but I am such a night owl. How can I adjust my schedule? Will I need to go to bed as soon as I get home from work, lol?

    Wow, I'm so amazed that I had finally found the trick. Two weeks ago I began to set my alarm at 4:40am I get up drink my glass of water go into ladies room and change into my workout clothes and hit my workout site (my living room). I've been able to stick to this with no problem, I wake up, workout, take a shower, make breakfast and set to go to work. Before, when I had to drive to the gym I had excuses everyday... I woke up five minutes late I have to drive to gym, rush through my workout and so forth. And to top it off I am finally able to go to sleep before 12am.. My insomnia issue is gone.... emoticon emoticon emoticon

    wow...I use to be good.....wait I STILL am but not that early.Use to walk a mile or so at 5:00 no more of that...kind of miss it though.....still work out but down in the basement and later in the am.....again way to go

    Up at 6 or 6:15 am reading my bible and then praying. Off with my exercise. I am exercising until 11 o'clock.

    Find an early morning partner to work out with. It's real hard to call someone's home at 5:00am to cancel! Weather rarely interferes with early morning runs. emoticon
