when press for time every little bit of exercise helps. Try running errands, or sneaking in a bit of walking while waiting for the bus or carpool. It may look stupid, but the benifits will be great.

    I do lunges down the hall on the way to the bathroom (if no one is looking)...lol. I also go to the kitchen on another floor to get hot water for my tea...gives me an excuse to go up and down a flight of stairs and get my butt off of the chair.

    The folks at the doctors clinic have gotten used to me walking "my track" while waiting for appointments. I check in with them and let them know that I'm walking. They give me a wave when my turn is coming up next.

    Or park further from the entrance. Saves you time looking for a close up spot and gets in some exercise.

    i'm a cashier - so when it is slow, i do lunges and squats.
