I use a goodd, old cup of hot tea before and after all meals and snacks. I drink mostly all herbal teas so not to have all that caffine. Once in a while I drink black with milk. Let your meal settle for 20-30 mins. No sugars or milk. Decaf green is so good. I blend it with my non-green ones. emoticon

    YES! This is my other secret after eating yogurt regularly! I drink OODLES of tea - hot and cold. Before I eat anything in the morning I have two large cups of peppermint tea and throughout the day (especially if it's hot outside) I drink iced unsweetened green tea and then more hot tea at night. This is the best way to keep hunger pains away I've found.
