Mocha Frappacino



Yummy! Only a fraction of the coffee house version (90 Calories) and alot less money.
8oz. light chocolate soy milk
2 - 3 teaspoons instant coffee (more or less to taste)
8 to 10 ice cubes
Blend, blend, blend until thick and milkshake like.

    I make this same thing but instead of using ice cubes and instant coffee I freeze coffee into cubes and blend them up with chocolate almond milk. Top it off with light whipped cream, delicious! - by BLSTRAUC
  • Sounds great... I was out with Daughter to get a Frappacino and asked if they had sugar free. They said no, so I asked how much sugar was in it, it was amazing 87 grams of sugar. My daughter looked at me and said "THAT IS JUST WRONG" It makes me never to want them again.
    Looks like a great treat with out all that sugar. Thanks.

  • It's not the same by any means, but last year I discovered island coconut iced coffee at a local coffee bar. The coffee bar is in a supermarket and is actually very reasonably priced. The coffee was so good. Eventually they started selling little bags of the coconut coffee for $2.00. This was more economical than buying the iced coffee but still not cheap. Eventually i found a store that sells very nice coconut coffee. I now make my own iced coffee and even take it to work. i can get ice and milk/cream there. It saves a lot of money and is just as good. And considering that I can't even get anything like it near where I work, doing it yourself makes a lot of sense. - by JERSEYGIRL24
