I put a rounded teaspoon of cocoa powder in with my coffee grounds in the brew basket. I have the mocha flavor without the calories. Try adding cinnamon to your grounds for an extra kick.
What I do is select low fat recipes I am going to use the following week and take my grocery list from the recipes. I treat myself to a a hot skinny mocha grande from Starbucks and to hit the grocery store. So far this plan has kept me on track and i have lost 40 pounds.211
I love Mochas but I don't like the calories or the cost! I have found a great way to make my own at home. I use a 20 oz refillable travel mug, put in 1/2 packet of the 60 cal Low Cal Swiss Miss Hot Choc Mix, fill the cup with coffee leaving enough room to add 2 T Fat Free French Vanilla Creamer. Stir, put on your lid and sip through a few skinny straws. Yum!
