I've recently been diagnosed with allergies to wheat, oats, soy, malt, barley and rye... I'm not saying go out and find yourself an allergy, but I can't help but think if I hadn't been diagnosed I'd still be in my rut. I'm eating so much better. Fresh fruits, vegis and lower fat meats...

More Information:

One of my fave prepared meals is made by Cedarlane... it's a turkey bacon, egg white omlette. Great for breakfast... keeps me full and is ready in about 3 mins. A favorite dinner would be a very lean steak (with fat cut off), an artichoke and half a potato. And of course and fruits and vegis I want!
