I finally figured out how to enter my personal recipes on the Nutrition Tracker. Now that they are on my Favorites list, all I have to do is click on it once and all of the numbers are entered for me. It makes it so much easier and gives a more accurate count of calories and nutrition .

After you have created your recipe and saved it, there is a place at the bottom where you can add it to the menu planner. You then choose the day you want it added to. At this point it is just like any other food that you would add to your favorites. It shows up on your favorite list and on your meal plan. Just follow the prompts.

Do you still manually enter all the information into the Favorites or is there a way to get it from your recipe box into your favorites on the nutrtition tracker without having to type it all in? Thanks!
