Whenever I get depressed about my weight-loss journey, I don't sit it out. I get up and go to help it out!
At my gym, there's an elliptical/ski thingy machine that burns calories as if you're taking steps, power walking and jogging all at the same time. It's so awesome and made by Procor...I think that's the name.

Bananas help people with depression feel better, The B vitamins regulate blood sugar and help nerves which affect a persons mood. It has been said a banana a day will keep you and a student more alert. Gads eat them and feed them to your kids especially when they are taking an exam!!!!
