Habit + attitude = habitude. I find what I think really influences how I feel and what I do, so I'm working on developing the habit of a positive attitude of gratitude. It's working. The less I beat up on myself, the more progress i make.
It's almost 60 days since I began the Atkins program and having some great results. What I find myself growing "tired" of doing is cooking every meal. This is when I remind myself that cooking is truly an art~ it gives me the opportunity to be creative and make my meals as delicious, nutritious, and
colorful and interesting as possible. This, in conjunction with an attitude of gratitude that we've got food to eat in the first place, brings me back to the reality that I have a choice. I choose to let go of the feelings of hold me back and embrace my creative chef within to heal and nourish my body.
