Salad Dressing Secret

When ever I eat salad I ask for the dressing on the side. Then I dip my fork in the dressing and then take a bite of salad. When I am through I have used only a small fraction of the dressing, but I still get the dressing taste with every bite and I don't feel I have missed out on anything.

This technique works especially well with stronger tasting dressing like peppercorn ranch.

    I also do this, but I also so try and get creative with my dressing, I use salsa at mexican restaurants, cocktail sauce at seafood restaurants, and what ever other low cal stuff I can find to add lots of flavor with out all the fat and calories.

    I will have to try this, I use only maybe half of what they give me but this would be another way to trim it back a bit more.

    I also do this and I never use all the dressing that they give me at a restaurant.
