I love salads but mostly I love those high calorie dressing we put on our salads. I have learned to eliminate those by using salsa. I get the mild for things like burgers and chicken and hotter for our more spicy meals like enchiladas or tacos. This works for me hope it will help you too.

    Sounds delicious to try salsa on my salad. I have some fresh homemade in my fridge right now that I think I'll try at lunch tomorrow.

    I put pico de gallo instead of salsa. Bigger chunks.

    I used salsa on my salads also. Some times I also add a little lime.
