When you eat something ridiculous and you are feeling like you blew your plan... go directly to your nutrition tracker and put it in. You might just find out it wasn't as bad as you think and you may be able to make adjustments during the rest of the day. If it was that bad - Get back on plan!

    So true... even if you aren't within your daily "goals", once it is tracked, you hold yourself more responsible the next time a temptation comes your way! There is nothing truly BAD... it is all in how you choose to live your life!

    quite often that happens to me and after I go on a bender I learn that had I just tracked right away I could have salvaged the day.
