Begin The Day With Exercise

I start my day with exercise. I find it gives me more energy throughout the day and that I am more alert and productive after I have exercised. Then, I do not have to fight with myself at the end of the day to go work out when I am tired and ready to relax. I feel positive because I exercised.

It also gives me time at the end of the day to plan a good healthy dinner and relax as I prepare for the next day.

    I like to exercise in the mornings too.I agree at the end of the day it's not always possible to exercise.This way I csn always fit it in.

    I to agree I use my Grand Daughters pooh bear plate as it is smaller. LOL

    I am 100% with you on starting my day with exercise. The days that I'm not working nights; I'm in the gym 4 o'clock in the mornings for 2 hours something longer. I've found that it's the best way for my to be more productive. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I'm the same way. If I get my exercise done first thing in the morning I feel invigorated the rest of the day. If I don't get it done right away I spend the day worrying about when I will get it done instead of concentrating on the things I am doing.

    I have found that it is the same for me. If I get it out of the way in the morning I don't have to worry about what is going to happen the rest of the day and I don't have to come up with excuses for not working out.
