Know your limits and don't be ashamed of them. If you are working out with someone don't feel like you have to keep up with them. There is a difference between pushing yourself and doing much more than you should. Know yourself!244
Although it may not work for everybody, I know that my success has been in large part due to the fact that I designed my own food plan. Know yourself and do what you KNOW you can do for life and then work that plan. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!
One reason I think this works so well is that you don't have to feel deprived and eat things that you don't really like. It also adds pleasure to the difficult task of weighloss and gives it staying power..and we need that to be successful!
