I had somewhat of a bad week, Friday was husbands bday we went out for surf and turf , Sat had a chicken barbque with5 bands and 2 much alcohol, sunday mon and tues did good. then took granddaugters to mcdonalds had small fry and hamburger but again went out with friendsto much alcohol. But ya know
It's ok I know for the most part I am eating alot healthier and execising so just remember the scale may not always budge or you may have afew bad days but IT WILL BE OK just stick with your goals and plan the weight will come off

Tell yourself it's OK to have a treat now and again. Track it, and try to be somewhat sensible but I've found that this way, I'm NOT apt to binge. I tell myself, 'maybe later I could have another/more.' I almost NEVER get to later and more; I'm just happy with what I did enjoy. Also, savor it slowly. This has really helped me on my journey.
It's ok to feel a little hungry, a Dr. told me in 1959. That may be ok to eat healthy and be a little hungry. I read on Dr. Oz something about being 80% full, I think. Check out that data and feel proud you eat well but less.
