Aerobics And Calorie Counting

I finally have gotten serious by combining calorie counting (1300 calories a day) and aerobics classes (2 per week) in addition to treadmill the other 3 days and strength training on one of those days. The pounds are shedding at a good, steady pace!

    I Think I am in a Plateau now because I am having the same weight for the past month and can't move, so I am going to do more Cardo and eat less calories the good thing I am not gaining.

    I love taking workout classes! I find that the variety (even within the same class) keeps me from getting bored with working out.
