Spring is the time for rhubarb, it's high in vitamin C, has on average 1g of fibre per stalk, is not bad in the potassium department and tastes good. Instead of sugar add sweet fruit like pineapple, apple or strawberries. Topped with low fat yogurt and some seeds & you have a tasty and healthy lunch

Bananas contain high levels of potassium. Sodium is retained in the body when you dont have enough potassium. Bananas have potassium to help lower blood pressure. Red grapes and Dark Chocolate have also been shown to help lower BP.
