Easy Way To Get Cups Of Water A Day!

Keep a 16 oz cup nearby and have a cup of water as soon as you wake up. If you exercise in the morning, make sure you have another 16 oz. cup of water during exercise. For the rest of the day, drink from a 16 oz. bottle of water or a 16 oz. cup.

    I find drinking that water before actually eating the meal, (at least half of it) also helps to keep me feeling full, and eating closer to where we "should"; cause if it is easy to drink a larger glass, we all know it is easy to eat a larger portion! I choose the former!

    drinking out of a 16 oz glass is not as daunting as an 8 oz glass. I do it, and every time it is empty I fill it up straight away. I sometimes have more than the recommended amount because it has become second nature.
