1 tsp flour & 1 tsp low fat margarine
1/4 c milk, 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 c coconut powder
3-4 pkts stevia or splenda
1/2 to 1 tsp vanilla
Use heavy saucepan, melt margarine and then stir in flour.
Add milk and ricotta and cook until thickens.
Add coconut powder, splenda and vanilla.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
