To fix a chocolate craving, mix a half a serving of low-fat chocolate pudding with 2-3 tablespoons of fat-free cool whip. If you want ice cream, freeze this mixture for 30 min to an hour. Enjoy! (You can substitute chocolate pudding for any other flavor.)

One thing I really like that fixes my chocolate cravings is Yoplait Whipped Chocolate Mousse. It has 140 calories and is premeasured so I'm not tempted to cheat. When the weather is hot, I freeze it to use as ice cream. The whipped freezes better than regular yogurt.
French Vanilla, Chocolate, Caramel, White Mint and Cookies and Cream Truffle Bars. Lite ice cream on a stick drizzled with chocolate ribbons.
