Choosing a few snacks that are enjoyable, healthy, and easy to fix. I repeat the snacks each day. Seems like I'm never hungry since trying this.
I have chosen to eat (each day) one fresh apple, one raw carrot, one medium banana, and if calories permit, 5 dried prunes, a cup of fresh snap peas. I don't have to decide, it's my plan...easy to carry with me, too. Takes care of the desire for crunchy and sweet stuff. Choose foods you enjoy!
