Eat More Calories Early In The Day




I eat most of my calories during the day time and reserve something light for dinner, like soup or a chicken breast and veggies. I work off my calories during the day and tend to sleep better at night when I'm not weighed down.

More Information:

If I'm not in the mood for dinner, I'll have a light snack like air popped popcorn or sherbet. This way, I'm still getting my calories in without overdoing it.

  • Same here :) I'm now at the point where I look forward to getting to bed so I can have a hearty healthy breakfast. About an hour later I then go for my very brisk walk and burn off half or slightly more than half the calories.
