I took 4 Tb of stone ground whole wheat flour and 4 Tb of ground flaxseed, added water (I didn't measure) and stirred well and microwaved 2 minutes and I have a very tasty warm cereal at a very low cost...
I actually like the consistency better than oatmeal and it is probably higher in protein and flaxseed is so very good with Omega oils. Topped cereal with 1 cup of soymilk and 1 packet of stevia

If I eat right & healthy for breakfast, I try to stay that way for the entire day. I'm trying to eat smaller portions, so now for breakfast I have a banana in my cereal but I cut it up in the bowl first, then add the cereal(high fiber) and milk. This way I am not having more cereal than I should and getting a serving of fruit to start my day off right.
