Cup Of Milk First Thing In The Morning

I wake up @ 6:30 am but get around to eating breakfast only by 8:30 am after the kids have gone to school. But my nutritionist said it is not good to give a long gap between wake up time and breakfast and so she suggested I drink a cup of milk.

This way I am not starving by breakfast time.

    ya this is one i relate to up at 6am and don t eat till about 830 or 9am milk great idea

    milk is a great idea since it is a good source of protein and protein makes us feel full.
